Responsibilities
The IT Service Desk MDM Administrator is a key member of the IT Service Desk team, responsible for managing, maintaining and developing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, primarily using Intune (MDM/MAM) for Windows devices and Jamf for macOS. The position is designed to support the evolving needs of the IT environment while maintaining a strong foundation in traditional service desk tasks.
- Receive requests based on company needs via defined channels, processes and tools
- Supporting evaluation, sorting, and forwarding requests and incidents to further level of support if needed
- Preparation of configuration and application packages
- Entra ID, Exchange Online daily operational support
- Microsoft Intune operational and development support
- Supporting Incident management of company-wide IT issues
- Preparation of relevant user workplace (SW, HW, etc.) documentation
- Keep SLAs/KPIs defined by contracts, internal rules, or by manager
- Regularly report to manager or leader
- Cooperate with all parties involved in internal processes or tasks solution
Requirements
- Proven experience with MDM solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune and Jamf
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Desk operations and support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Entra ID and M365 environment
- Experience with user endpoint security
- Professional written and verbal fluency in English
