Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Flexbouwers, you’ll play a key part in sourcing and selecting candidates for various construction roles. From attracting applicants via paid job boards and social media, to conducting interviews and presenting qualified candidates—you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Post job ads and actively source candidates using job boards and social media platforms
- Screen CVs and pre-select candidates
- Conduct remote interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Communicate daily with the office team via video calls and chat
- Support the onboarding process in collaboration with our coordination team
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or technical sector
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Excellent communication skills in English (Polish, Romanian, or other EU languages are a plus)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy: confident using recruitment tools, video platforms, and communication apps
- Motivated, proactive, and results-driven
