Who You Are (Experience & Skills)
Technical skills:
- Broad experience in writing and maintaining mobile applications, with a particular focus on efficiency optimization and code reuse.
- Solid knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols and hands-on experience in connecting mobile applications to BLE devices.
- Good knowledge of mobile programming languages, such as Dart, and a good understanding of native iOS and Android programming.
- Good knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter, such as BLoC/Cubit, Provider or Riverpod.
- Good knowledge of Flutter navigation and routing.
- Experience in working with version control systems, knowledge of Git preferred, and collaboration tools.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team, providing support and creating an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation.
- Mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and maintaining high code standards.
- Strong communication skills to be able to cooperate with team members, stakeholders and other departments effectively.
- Proven record in delivering mobile applications successfully throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience in making decisions on architecture, technology selection and implementation strategies.
- Proactivity in identifying and addressing potential challenges in the development process.
