Responsibilities
- Support to the international customers of ARRI Rental in the preparation and during the execution of filming
- Calculation and preparation of quotes, including price negotiations and budgeting in consultation with superiors
- Disposition and organization of the rental equipment
- Supporting Warehouse operations with sorting and communicating equipment needs to other branches
- Handling and monitoring external equipment: contracts, incoming invoices,
- Invoicing, preparing contracts, credit check
deliveries, cost inclusion in customer quotes, administration of completion, extensions/cancellations
Requirements
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to execute information sharing
- Meeting and conversing with clients
- Excellent organizational skills with precise and timely execution
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of numeracy, organisation skills and good time management skills
- Ablility to handle complex scheduling requirements
- Ability to work on their own initiative while also being a teamplayer
- Capability to work under pressure and having a flexible mindset
- Experience in the Movie industry ( preferably )
- Very good English language skills
