A mi követelményeink

• Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable position
• Comfortable communicating in English and possessing strong interpersonal skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with basic accounting practices and procedures
• Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFRS + good working knowledge of stock procedures and reporting

Pozíció / projekt rövid leírása

Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of Industrial Fastenings with 30+ sites worldwide. The company is seeking for an AP Accountant, who would be one of the key members of the finance team.

Napi feladatok

1. Managing the company’s accounts payable processes
2. Reviewing invoices and reconciling them with monthly statements
3. Aligning supplier statements with the financial system
4. Keeping financial records, reports, and general ledger entries up to date
5. Ensuring positive relationships with suppliers and addressing any inquiries promptly
6. Conducting account analysis as required
7. Supporting the month-end closing process
8. Offering comprehensive insights and clarifications on all financial transactions
9. Preparing necessary documents for audits.
10. Carrying out additional responsibilities as needed.
