Responsibilities
- Customer service & Sales (core daily tasks)
- Assist customers at the rental counter
- Clearly explain rental conditions and available product and services
- Promote and upsell optional products and upgrades
- Handle rental contracts, vehicle handovers, and payments
- Maintain daily fleet inventory and site organization
- Occasionally assigned tasks as needed, related to vehicle operations
- Move cars between designated parking areas
- Check returned vehicles for damage, document issues with photos and reports
- Vehicle checking before handover
- Vehicle control and operations on fuel levels and cleanliness
- Passenger shuttle between the airport and the rental office (taxi driver course cost covered by the company)
Requirements
- Completed high school education
- Valid Category B driver’s license and confident driving skills
- Fluent English & German (spoken)
- Solid basic technical understanding of vehicles
- Comfortable with MS Office tools
Nice-to-have
- Other foreign languages
- Taxi driver/passenger transport license
- Professional driving license
