A mi követelményeink
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programming, commissioning, and maintaining robots for spot welding and CO2 welding applications.
- Proficiency with robotic systems such as Comau, Kuka, ABB, Fanuc, and UR.
- Strong knowledge of robotic simulation environments and offline programming tools.
- Solid understanding of welding processes, including spot and CO2 welding techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A background in automation, mechanical engineering, automotive or a related field is a must.

Napi feladatok
- Program, commission, and optimize robots for spot welding and CO2 welding applications.
- Develop and implement robotic programs for various welding tasks in accordance with production specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure seamless integration of robots into the production process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic operations, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
- Use robotic simulation software to create offline programs and optimize robot paths and welding quality.
- Conduct training sessions for operators and technicians on robotic system use and safety procedures.
- Ensure all robotic programming and operations comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving for ongoing production challenges.
