Napi feladatok
- Use your Czech language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues
- Ensuring that all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets
- Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner
- Having a proactive approach to service improvement
- Provide quality information
- Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the first level to the more competent Level 2 teams
