Responsibilities
We are looking for you if you would like to perform the following tasks:
- Basic HR literacy: familiarity with Hungarian labor law, compliance and enforcement of laws, internal directives and policies
- Recruitment: responsible for recruitment, including regular and temporary workers, and complete employee induction training
- Company image management: responsible for the company’s publicity work, including organizing company events, taking photos and posting them on the company’s social media
- Employee file management: effectively work with HR teamwork, support each other, and also cooperate with other departments or companies to maintain friendly and smooth communication
- Excellent teamwork: work with partner departments to coordinate the integration of new hires
- Others: actively participate in the development and optimization of the organization’s human resources processes and make recommendations
Requirements

- Degree in HR
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of labour law, knowledge of payroll legislation
- User-level computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Autonomous, accurate work
- Open, friendly personality, good communication skills
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-have
Work experience in a manufacturing company is a plus
