Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
- Report test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support production releases.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
- Banking experience is required to ensure testing aligns with financial industry standards and regulations

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through meticulous manual testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve defects, ensuring the best user experience.
