A mi követelményeink
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Team-player in an international environment
- Motivated to gain experience in SAP HCM systems

Advantages:
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- SAP S4/HANA experience

Pozíció / projekt rövid leírása
Our growing company, SNAP International is looking for good English speaker consultants in Budapest.
Your tasks will be:
- Design and implement new and innovative solutions, together with the business departments
- Participation to rollout projects in the area of different SAP Cloud processes
- Business process and data analysis
- Functional testing
- Development of project documentation
- Prepare and conduct training for users
- Directly working with clients on daily basis
- Working in an international project team
- Analysis of reported errors and defining possible solutions
You’ll be educated to an up-to-date level of knowledge in SAP Cloud Solutions.
Napi feladatok
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their HR business needs and provide tailored solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, to meet client requirements.
- Integration and Support: Ensure seamless integration with other systems and provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP SF issues.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct user training and create documentation for system usage.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and lead requirement gathering workshops.
- Best Practices: Guide customers on SAP Best Practices and lead digital transformation journeys.
