Responsibilities
• Check-out procedure. Support in the car rental process during night and weekends (Serve clients at the counter, informing clients about rental conditions and available services, selling products over the counter, rental contracts administration, data management in fleet managing system, payment administration.)
• Check-in procedure (Recording and invoicing the damages in the system. Deficiencies and other losses. Car cleanliness administration. Preparation of the car for next rental.)
Requirements
• High school diploma
• Good English language skill
• MS Office user-level knowledge
• Category B driving license
• Confident driving practice
• Basic technical knowledge of cars
Nice-to-have
• German language skill is advantage
• Passenger transport (taxi driver) license
• Professional driving license
• Other foreign language knowledge
