Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products;
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits;
- Implementing, supervision and coordination of the highest quality warehouse operations;
- Optimization of warehouse, storage and logistics processes;
- Initiating and implementing actions aimed at improving warehouse efficiency;
- Control and implementation of required procedures;
- Loading and unloading trucks by forklift and by hand
- Coordination of warehouse team;
- Responsibility and compliance with health and safety regulations and enforcement of compliance by employees.
Requirements
- Experience in managing warehouse team (can be small – 3-5 people);
- Experience in the similar postion;
- Communication skills, honesty and responsibility;
- Communicative English;
- Current forklift licence (high-storage fork lift truck and low-lift);
- Knowledge of the MS Office software package on the intermediate level;
- Very good knowledge of the rules and standards for the storage of goods and the circulation of warehouse documents;
- Previous experience with WMS class systems (including work with scanners, PDAs) would be a plus;
- Ability to work under time pressure.
