Responsibilities
- Reach out to all companies in Austria to propose our rental products for long and short-term options, visiting clients as necessary.
- Drive B2B car rental sales by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients.
- Reaching out to individuals and businesses via phone without any prior interaction to introduce our products or services (cold calling).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.
- Provide expert advice to clients on vehicle options and fleet management solutions.
- Manage rental agreements, invoicing, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the CEO and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Help shape the overall strategy for the company’s new B2B car rental activity.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market demands.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Experience in the car rental industry, particularly in LCV and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate mobility needs and fleet management.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on results and client satisfaction.

We’re establishing our B2B car rental sector, specializing in the light commercial vehicle market, to provide mobility solutions for businesses of all sizes.
This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the LCV rental market, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for serving both corporate and private clients. Our logistics center is located in 1030 Vienna, but our future team member will alternate between office presence and remote work via online channels and telephone communication to increase efficiency. Occasional on-site travel is also required.
