Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities and generating sales leads
- Documenting sales performance metrics
- Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts
- Creating and maintaining individual sales channels
- Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends
- Provide after-sales support based on client requirements and feedback
- Keeping informed on the main technological advantages of the company
- Consulting with software developers and management on service offerings
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in an IT sales environment, with proven track of records of existing network
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Ability to explain and demonstrate IT services and functionalities
- Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service
- Ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements
- Ability to cope with management and developers about sales strategies
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, or a similar qualification is an advantage
