A mi követelményeink

•        Degree in Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering or something similar.
•        2–3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
•        Great communication and customer service skills – you enjoy solving problems and building connections.
•        A self-starter mindset, but also a team player.
•        Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
•        Fluent in English and Hungarian (German is a plus!).

Pozíció / projekt rövid leírása

Our partner, a dynamically growing, US-based company specializing in supply chain solutions, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service professional. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and significant experience in providing outstanding customer support.

Napi feladatok

1. Be the go-to person for our key customers – build strong relationships and make sure everything runs smoothly.
2. Keep an eye on the supply chain and vendor coordination to make sure orders are placed and delivered on time.
3. Help improve how we work – think cost savings, process improvements, and smart solutions.
4. Support Kanban and consignment inventory setups – and you might lead a small team along the way.
5. Handle spot RFQs and low-SKU sourcing – from forecasting to purchasing.
6. Work towards service level goals like budget targets, on-time delivery, sales growth, inventory turnover – and celebrate when we hit them!
7. Be the first line of product and technical support for both customers and suppliers.
8. Run quarterly check-ins with customers to review excess or slow-moving stock.
9. Take care of order management in our ERP system – making sure everything’s updated and accurate.
10. Collaborate with our local management, sales, and quality teams.
11. Occasionally visit customer sites – a little travel keeps things interesting!
