Responsibilities
Our client is a dynamically growing SAP consulting company with over 10 locations worldwide, specializing in tailored SAP solutions. With deep technical expertise and innovative approaches, the company supports both national and international clients in optimizing their business processes efficiently and securing competitive advantages.
As part of further expansion, we are seeking an Executive Director (m/f/d) for Hungary. In this key role, you will significantly contribute to strengthening market presence, driving company growth, and successfully implementing the expansion strategy.
What to expect:
- Developing and implementing strategic measures to sustainably secure and expand the company’s market position.
- Close coordination and collaboration with management and the heads of other branches to effectively leverage synergies.
- Playing a central role in fostering a positive work culture and enhancing teamwork and employee development.
- Actively maintaining existing customer relationships and strategically expanding the customer network.
- Shaping and further developing SAP-related topics and solution portfolio to meet market demands.
- Responsibility for coordinating and managing client projects with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Rapid onboarding into ongoing projects, where you will play a key role from the start.
Requirements
- A completed education in a technical field, such as business informatics, from a technical school or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience with the SAP IS-U module.
- Strong understanding of economic thinking and entrepreneurial action.
- Structured, self-reliant, and precise work style, characterized by reliability and dedication.
- Extensive network of clients and potential employees to leverage.
- Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level for effective operation in an international environment.
What we offer
Our client offers a gross annual salary starting at EUR 90,000. Depending on your relevant professional experience and qualifications, significant overpayment is possible. In addition to the fixed salary, a variable component and a company car are included.
