Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting, training, performance management, payroll, career plan and other HR policies, and organize the implementation.
Prepare and maintain employes handbook.
Conduct recruitment for all employees, conduct new employee orientation training, monitor career path programs, write and place advertisements.
Prepare and publicize company related regulations; help managers the efficient management of their staffs with the regulations.
Prepare and implement company annual training plan, manage and use annual training budget, reasonably develop human resources.
Timely master the national and local labor laws and policies; deal with employee complaint; handle the employee Labor Contract and Social Insurance.
Responsible for daily management of EHS.
Requirements
Higher education in a Human Resource or related discipline.
At least 5 years experience in HR management. Experience should include Administrative responsibilities, rule of law and communication.
Familiar with local labor law.
Strong communication skills.
Native Hungarian (mandatory) and fluent English.
Nice-to-have
Experience in a manufacturing industry.
