A mi követelményeink
- Proven experience in designing software architecture, ideally with a focus on test automation frameworks.
- Solid background in test automation, test strategy, and test lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Python (minimum 5 years), with familiarity in libraries like Pandas, SQLAlchemy, and RESTClient.
- Deep understanding of OOP principles and adherence to SOLID design principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines, Argo CD, Gitlab).
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL – Proven record in at least one relational database (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres), Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Hands-on experience in agile software development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- BSc or MSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with test reporting tools or dashboards (e.g. Allure, custom solutions).

Napi feladatok
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable and robust test automation framework.
- Work with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to understand functional and technical requirements on a daily basis.
- Create architectural decisions and find the best practices for test automation strategy across multiple systems.
- Ensure the reliability, maintainability, and extensibility of the development.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce code quality standards.
- Guide continuous improvements in testing methodology.
- Contribute hands-on to test automation development using Python.
- Define CI/CD integration points.
- Mentor and support test automation engineers in framework usage, implementation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the team
