- 2+ years of experience in the role of Salesforce Administrator/Implementer.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Confident use of the Salesforce declarative tools suite.
- Good knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce database interaction.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP protocols and experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Intermediate+ level of technical English (spoken, written).
- Proactive communication skills.
Will be a plus:
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience in custom development on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC).
- Experience working with other Salesforce applications or clouds (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
- Experience working with SFDX & Git.

Napi feladatok
- Process setup and automation: working with developers and senior administrators to implement custom solutions, automate business processes, and configure the system.
- Security and permissions: administering security settings, profiles, and permissions to manage access to data and functionality.
- Data management: responsible for data quality, data import, data export, and maintenance. Ensuring data integrity through regular checks.
- User support: providing user assistance, troubleshooting, responding to requests, and providing training to maximize Salesforce use.
