Responsibilities
- Execute plan for expansion of self-service laundromat network in accordance with group standards
- Identify and approach owners of suitable locations
- Work closely with partners in construction and marketing to ensure timely build-outs and openings of new locations within budget and compliance standards
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and developers, leading lease negotiations and securing favorable agreements
- Build relationships with local contractors, utility services, and other suppliers to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage the hiring needs of company
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in opening multiple new retail or service locations
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Experience working with local utility providers / agents (regarding electricity works) will be considered a major plus
- Ability to travel frequently within Hungary
