As a HR Generalist you are responsible to provide overall hands-on support to Employees and Leaders. Partnering with managers and employees, provide support in all terms of Talent & Recruitment related questions and requests. Key Contributor to people strategy focusing on Budapest population.
Your Impact
- Partnering with managers and employees, provide support in all terms of Talent & Recruitment related questions and requests.
- Talent Acquisition (BPO, vendor management, university relations, reporting)
- Onboarding process (lead on-boarding related communication, induction sessions)
- Advocate Budapest culture and support HR transformation
- Participate and organize HR related events, workshops, Connection week programs
Requirements
- University or College degree, ideally in Business management, HR
- Adaptable and resilient. Strong stakeholder management skills
- Takes ownership of tasks. Maintains an open and positive mindset
- Eager to learn and able to prioritze
- Excellent problem-solving abilities. Passionate about HR roles and responsibilities

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping center are also located around the office.
