Responsibilities
ERP Application Support
As an Application Support, you will play a key role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and testing solutions for FP&A systems integrated with Epicor’s ERP products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via email and chat to accurately diagnose application issues and troubleshoot problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Apply strong functional knowledge of ERP systems and financial principles to resolve complex software or system failures.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve technical issues, contributing to continuous product improvement.
- Stay current with ERP software updates to ensure accurate and timely support.
- Leverage and contribute to the team’s knowledge base, documentation, and FAQs to support collective learning and improve service delivery.

Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting technical or application-related issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Customer experience skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.
Nice-to-have
- Financial applications support is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL would be beneficial.
