Responsibilities
- Analysis of customer requirements/problems and preparation of solutions.
- Technical support of customers and partners via Ticket System
- Development of application manuals and KnowledgeBase documents and videos
- Troubleshooting and repair of 3D printing systems in the factory
- Participation in process development
Requirements
- Bsc or Msc in the field of mechatronics, additive manufacturing, electronics, mechanincs, IT or comparable education.
- Very good English skills (+ German is a huge advantage)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and independent working style
- Excellent ability to work in a team
- Interested in new technologies and customer contact
Nice-to-have
- Related work experience
- German speaking is a huge advantage
