We’re growing fast — and building our in-house Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. We need a confident, results-oriented TA Specialist to help us shape how we hire and build the teams that drive our success.
As a Middle–Senior TA Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitmentfor a range of non-technical positions (from Junior to C-Level) across multiple departments: Customer Support, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and more.

- – Lead full-cycle hiring processes: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- – Act as a strategic hiring partner to managers — understand business needs and advise on recruitment strategies
- – Source proactively, using creative and data-driven methods
- – Assess candidates not just on skills, but culture fit and potential
- – Be involved in refining our ATS setup — from process optimization to templates, reporting, and resource structuring
- – Conduct reference checks with professionalism and care
- – Actively contribute to process improvements and policy updates
- – Take initiative on TA projects (shaping interview process standards and role-specific scorecards, leading internal workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions, helping define our employer brand across different markets)
- – Stay aware of labor market trends in key regions (especially EMEA, UK, Malta)
- – Serve as a mentor to junior recruiters: give feedback, share best practices, and support their growth into confident full-cycle specialists
