Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, including desktop/laptop and network support

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is a must
• Experience with mainstream Intel and AMD hardware platforms; ability to install and configure desktops
• Familiarity with the structure of DID video walls

1. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of Magic Wall
2. Install hardware and operating systems for Magic Wall servers
3. Install and maintain screens on-site, including fixed installations and temporary exhibitions
4. Diagnose and replace faulty screens at client sites
5. Install, configure, and maintain Magic Wall and operating system software and updates
6. Respond to customer service requests, diagnose and resolve software issues remotely, and travel on-site if needed for hardware issues
7. Upload content provided by customers into our CMS
8. Document technical procedures and system configurations
9. Provide training to end-users on hardware and software usage
10. Provide technical support for office desktop systems and networks
11. For Magic Wall rentals: install, supervise, and dismantle the Magic Wall
12. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
13. Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and implement solutions
14. Document and administer IT events in the company’s systems
15. Provide IT related customer service tasks for clients
