Feladatok
Build the continuously growing B2B network of our US headquarters
Reach out to companies and departments, who could achieve their business goals with relevant events or modern, custom-developed web and mobile applications
Manage partnerships; ensure smooth communication with potential and existing partners
Be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our US-based in-person event series, while you are working remotely. Among others, that includes online ticket sales, sponsorships, and promotion across channels. Your role does not include any travel at all, our CEO and COO are there in person, and you support them.
Maintain our CRM database
Support the day-to-day marketing and sales activities of our CEO & COO (like scheduling meetings, booking conferences, sending follow-ups, etc.)

- Event Coordination Mastery: Gain hands-on experience managing end-to-end logistics for a US-based in-person event series, including ticket sales, sponsorships, and multi-channel promotions—all while working remotely

- Experienced Event Organizer: At least 2 years of experience organizing paid, in-person professional events, including managing ticket sales, sponsorships, and budgets
- Fluent English Skills: Excellent spoken and written English (other languages not required)
- Exceptional Communicator: Confident, articulate, and professional in engaging with US-native contacts and partners via phone, email, and other channels
- Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented: A precise personality with a strong interest in digital tools and technology
