Responsibilities
- yearly marketing strategy planning,
- planning and controlling the marketing budget,
- continuously analyzing market trends, competitors and future opportunities,
- product forecasting for deliveries,
- preparing new product launches,
- planning B2B marketing activities,
- planning B2C marketing campaigns with support of our marketing agency and monitoring campaigns,
- event management,
- support the Field Force Manager’s job: plan trainings for the field force, prepare communication tools, support the daily work of Sales Reps
Requirements
- minimum bsc degree
- minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry (min. junior manager level)
- fluency in Hungarian and English
