- 1+ years of customer service/logistics/ account management experience in an international company.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, SAP

We are looking for you for a multicultural office of an international trading company in Budapest as a Customer Service Specialist with fluent Spanish and English language skills, accuracy, and a solutions-driven mindset.
Napi feladatok
- Make service interactions as effortless as possible reducing the effort required of customers.
- Own customer issues from start to finish
- Listen to and understand individual customer needs
- Deliver fast and easy service and this “first time right”
- Guide customers to a solution
- Anticipate and resolve additional potential problems
- Proactive communication with all stakeholders
- Manage operational interactions between sales and adjacent departments
- Manage the inquiry to invoice process (including but not limited to stocks, logistics, credit, overdue, complaints) and the corresponding daily customer communication with our partner
- Optimize business margin contribution throughout inquiry to cash cycle
- Gain knowledge of customer business and document insights in CRM
- Maintain all relevant customer-related master data
- Proactively develop relationship with customers through compentence framework
- Support external sales in developing new business, that find their basis in all of Sappi’s value elements, not only service solutions
- Actively evaluate and turn opportunities into business
- Create, update and follow up on new business information in CRM
