Responsibilities
Your Role:
You’ll help shape our supplier and customer relationships and ensure high product and process quality – both internally and externally.
In short: You’re not just a Quality Engineer – Customer needs and robust processes are your passion!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and expand our international supplier base while ensuring high-quality standards
- Take an active role in the supplier selection process
- Assist suppliers and customers throughout the product lifecycle
- Conduct potential analyses, as well as supplier and customer audits
- Manage and resolve supplier and customer complaints and coordinate reports (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa)
- Support the introduction of new products and contribute to product development
- Lead and participate in internal process improvement projects
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on mechanical or electrical engineering (or a similar field)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German skills are an advantage
- Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in planning and conducting audits is a plus
- Strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
