As a Medical Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through both digital and in-person channels, aiming to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive better patient outcomes. This role combines strategic customer engagement, omnichannel marketing, and data-driven decision-making to build strong relationships and meet sales targets.

Tasks:
Customer Engagement
- Promote Sanofi’s established pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the Western Hungary region.
- Present clinical data and product information in a compelling, trustworthy way.
- Gather and share customer insights to help shape targeted, value-based communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-create effective customer journeys and support tactical execution.
Omnichannel Strategy
- Engage healthcare professionals via both in-person and digital channels (e.g. virtual meetings, webinars, email, social media).
- Ensure all communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with Sanofi’s omnichannel strategy.
- Leverage digital tools to enhance interaction quality and reach.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor sales performance and customer engagement using analytical tools.
- Use data insights to improve communication, identify opportunities, and differentiate Sanofi’s customer experience.
Knowledge Management
- Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge about Sanofi’s product portfolio.
Requirements:
Languages:
- Fluent, negotiation level English (minimum C1 level) are mandatory.
Education:
- University degree in Medical or Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong digital mindset and willingness to explore new tools, including AI.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence healthcare stakeholders.
- Good analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
