Feladataid lesznek:
- Manage customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including order entry, follow-ups, stock information, backorder reports, invoicing, and providing delivery details
- Handle customer calls and complaints professionally in line with service level agreements
- Maintain high-quality case and call logging, ensuring regular updates until resolution
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Te vagy a mi emberünk, ha:
- Proficiency, negotiation level in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
- 2-3 years strong customer service experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with SFDC and SAP is an advantage
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
