- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst with strong technical proficiency
- At least 3 years of domain expertise in financial services, especially in core payments systems
- Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST-based interfaces
- Advanced user of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Fluent English (written and verbal), including ability to write and review complex documentation
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated banking environment

- Execute the platform migration, engaging all relevant stakeholders
- Analyze and map the differences between current („AS-IS”) and future („TO-BE”) systems to support effective change management and ensure accurate and efficient process migration.
- Ensure compliance with Hungarian and EU banking regulations and supervisory standards
- Act as a subject matter expert for core payment system requirements
- Collaborate closely with IT, legal, and business teams across multiple countries
- Participate in working groups regarding the platform transition
- Coordinate with analysts, developers, testers, and vendors to clarify specifications and deliverables
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical documents and solution definitions
- Conduct IT-side testing and, if needed, take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
