Background and required skills:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or relevant work experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Grafana Enterprise:
- Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, dashboard development, data source integration and API usage in Grafana
- Proficient in using Grafana’s advanced features
- Familiar with Thanos/Prometheus
- Experience with setting up, configuring, and managing of Grafana features (e.g, Grafana Scenes)
Predictive Analytics:
- Practical experience in using metrics and forecasting models
- Hands-on experience in building and using machine learning models and algorithms to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Practical experience in analyzing time-series data to uncover trends and patterns for generating predictive insights.
- Experience in setting up, configuring, and managing Grafana scenes.
- Practical experience in creation of forecasting visualizations in Grafana
Advantage:
- Experience working in SAFe environment.
- Linux/Red Hat Enterprise Linux:
- Basic knowledge in using of Helm Charts and Argo CD.

- The team is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Grafana Enterprise, especially someone experienced in its installation, configuration, administration, and advanced features like Alerting, RBAC, Grafana Scenes, and YAML provisioning. The role requires expertise in predictive analytics, using metrics tools like Prometheus or Thanos, and integrating Python-based forecasting/machine learning models into Grafana.
- The DevOps Engineer will focus on setting up and maintaining Grafana Enterprise and its integrations. Daily tasks include planning and executing backlog items, participating in team meetings, troubleshooting issues, handling support tickets, and providing user assistance. The role also involves integrating data sources, developing predictive analytics models with time-series data, maintaining dashboards, writing documentation, monitoring system health, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
