We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years experience in recruiting for SAP and IT roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
- A deep understanding of SAP modules, IT certifications, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your role at delaware
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, specializing in SAP and IT roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and provide a seamless candidate experience.
