We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Integration to lead our client’s enterprise integration landscape across internal systems, external partners, and SaaS platforms. This individual will architect and scale a modern integration framework that leverages Node.js, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Service Bus infrastructure while spearheading the adoption and governance of an iPaaS solution.

This leadership role blends technical depth with cross-functional coordination, process definition, and team building to ensure that our client’s integration capabilities are secure, reliable, and responsive to evolving business needs.

1. Define and own the overall integration architecture and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and technical evolution.
2. Lead the evaluation and adoption of an iPaaS platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise integration patterns and scalability needs.
3. Develop standards and reference architectures for API, messaging, and event-driven integrations.
4. Drive the design of secure, scalable, and low-latency data flows across systems using Kafka, Azure Event Hub, and Service Bus.
5. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing integration engineering team, including hiring and development of engineers and architects.
6. Own delivery of integration projects, ensuring quality, reusability, and performance across implementations.
7. Collaborate with product, engineering, and IT to deliver new capabilities and third-party system integrations.
8. Establish and enforce governance policies around version control, error handling, data contracts, and SLAs.
9. Act as a key liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners to understand integration needs and translate them into executable roadmaps.

13. Implement observability for integrations using tools such as Azure Monitor, App Insights, or custom dashboards.
14. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement for integration incidents or failures
