1. Support marketing efforts to boost company awareness and talent loyalty by contributing ideas, managing local vendor partnerships (outdoor, radio, press, print), and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication delivery.
2. Coordinate employer brand activities — including events, creative activations, and other visibility initiatives.
3. Launch and oversee influencer campaigns: from identifying local influencers to managing outreach and content delivery.
4. Support the creation of branded merchandise and marketing materials for HR and PR needs.
