About the Role
Driving growth in the open market for Android games comes with its own set of unique opportunities and challenges. The evolving ecosystems are commercially and technologically fragmented, and open to innovation and fresh ideas.
We are now looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager to take overall responsibility for our Distribution SDK. For developers, expanding beyond the major app stores means navigating a complex landscape of fragmented payment systems, varied channel and ecosystem requirements and new operational hurdles. The Flexion SDK is the antidote, providing a single, simple integration that solves these challenges, allowing developers to focus on creating great games while Flexion handles the complexities of distribution and growth.
You will be responsible for guiding the evolution of the product, supporting the developers who use it and broadening its footprint to new platforms and channels. This is a fast-evolving space, and you will have lots of freedom to make a distinct mark on our product. Flexion is a flat organisation, driven by proactivity. The role requires an ability to self-organise, identify challenges, and take autonomous ownership of the solutions that will shape the future of our product.
About You
- An experienced Product Manager with a strong background in agile environments, skilled at translating abstract concepts into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- A proactive, self-starting individual who thrives on autonomy and ownership, with a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit.
- Deeply knowledgeable about the mobile games space, including development lifecycles (Unity/Unreal) and the technical ecosystems of Android and iOS.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience managing developer-facing products such as SDKs or APIs.

- Execute and support the creation of the product strategy and vision for Flexion’s Distribution SDK, translating high-level goals and business objectives into a well defined direction of travel for the product.
- Drive high level product planning and goal setting
- Manage the entire feature lifecycle, from inception and discovery through to rollout, use and iterative improvements; collaborating with product team peers as and when needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders – championing the product, its value and evolution while maintaining an open mind to needs and change
- Champion a best-in-class developer experience by guiding new and existing partners through implementation, troubleshooting issues, and driving successful integrations.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive product documentation for both internal and external audiences.
- Maintain a keen eye on the developments of competition, peers and the industry as a whole – bringing insights to bear on the evolution of the product.
- Drive creation and evolution of PRDs and other artefacts
- Own the product backlog from creation to execution, prioritizing work based on business value and stakeholder needs, and elaborating clear user stories for the development team.
