Responsibilities
Your overall mission will be to:
- Handle administrative tasks for each company, including:
- Submitting documents to local authorities (fiscal year-end, compliance, accounting documents, etc.)
- Managing utility bills (electricity, water, phone, rent, etc.)
- Managing and responding to emails
- Coordinating with specific suppliers
- Operate our accounting software and generate required reports (training will be provided)
- Maintain internal applications for the team (Slack, Thunderbird, file sync tools, etc.)
- Manage websites and social media accounts
- Support the CEO with personal assistant tasks, such as booking reservations or handling visa applications
- Conduct research and online exploration to continuously improve administrative processes
Requirements
- Ability to conduct in-depth research online
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Being able to adapt to the CEO
- Fluent English
- Solid knowledge of office tools and experience using Windows
Nice-to-have
- French or Russian are a plus but not required
- knowledge of IT
What we offer
- Full-time position, from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
- Offices located in the center of Budapest
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contractor status with long term relation ship targeted
- €2,000 net/month
