- 3+ years in service delivery, project management, or Client success within an IT/tech/cybersecurity environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple stakeholders and business lines
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, standards, and typical service delivery lifecycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English too
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Be meticulously sharp on deadlines and be able to spot problems and opportunities early
Desirable (but not essential) experience
- Previous experience supporting cybersecurity operations
- Experience in contract negotiation or legal coordination
- Experience with recent compliance standards and legislation
- Experience with ITIL
- German speaking

- Coordinate and oversee delivery of cybersecurity services across business units Lead multi-stakeholder project planning, execution, and status tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for key Clients for delivery coordination. Be the person who they do not hesitate to reach out to.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams during RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales scoping
- Manage contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and compliance documentation
- Drive service review meetings, track KPIs, and proactively resolve issues
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes, quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a smooth and positive relationship with Clients, manage conflicts for the benefit of all parties
- Conduct regular service performance reviews, keep track of SLAs and KPIs, identify service improvement opportunities
