- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and P&L reports
- Manage monthly and annual financial closings
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate financial processes with domestic and international subsidiaries (e.g., China)
- Ensure compliance with international and local tax and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with the corporate finance team of the parent company
- Prepare for and represent the company in internal and external audits
- Support and initiate financial developments within the ERP system
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements
- Monitor and analyze financial performance continuously
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
- Recognize business risks and opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the finance team
- Collaborate with other departments and represent financial aspects across the organization
