Fox Transfer, an international airport transfer service provider, is looking for new colleagues for the following position:
Booking Agent & Dispatcher
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Position: Booking Agent (registering orders received via email in our system)
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Communicating with partners and clients in English, Spanish and Italian
- Managing emails
- Handling complaints
- Maintaining contact with suppliers
Requirements
Requirements for the position:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential, as most communication with international partners is conducted in English
- Fluent Italian or Spanish language skills
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience
- Precision and attention to detail: in this role, the most important thing is to be attentive to small details
- Good communication skills: you should be able to explain your reasoning clearly, ask precise questions, pay attention to details, and provide accurate responses to clients via email and phone
- Quick problem-solving skills: you should be eager to solve problems as efficiently as possible, as every minute counts in our work
- Ability to work independently, while also being a team player
Please note that a sufficient level of both English and Italian/Spanish are required for this position.
