Feladatok
- Drive innovation: Shape data science strategy and bring cutting-edge solutions into production.
- Hands-on modeling: Design, build, and deploy ML models and LLM-based solutions (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) using frameworks like LangChain.
- End-to-end ownership: From data pipelines to deployment you’ll own the full technical stack.
- Close collaboration: Work in a tight-knit team of 2–4 people, side by side with engineers and product.
- Communicate impact: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Elvárások
- Master’s/PhD in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software company.
- Proven experience with ML and LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain.
- Skilled in LLM prompting, fine-tuning, and managing training pipelines.
- Strong programming in Python (R a plus) and experience deploying on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Track record of delivering production-ready ML/AI solutions.
