- At least 5 years hands-on experience in commercial software development.
- Upper-intermediate English or better.
- Proficient in at least one of the following technologies .NET/Java/JavaScript/Go/Python etc., including corresponding stack.
- Practical experience with diverse technologies and business domains.
- Hands-on experience with service-oriented, serverless, microservices and\or event-based architecture design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of successful projects.
- Confident/intuitive understanding of SDLC and good practices.
- Comfortable with direct communication with clients.
- Background as team technical leader.
- Eager to take a lead, dealing comfortably with pressure of responsibility.
- Open/flexible mind, strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Ready to learn.
