Required skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dynamics, Powershell
• Knowledge of creating Flows und Apps for support of the operation tasks
• Knowledge of M365 Service, Azure Active Directory, ActiveDirectory. Microsoft Admin Center
• Language: English is a „must”, German is preferable

Overall knowledge:

• Experience at companies with complex (Server-)infrastructure
• Handling of Windows workplaces (EMail, Excel etc.)
• Knowledge of ITIL and agile processes
• Use of incident-, problem- change-tools

1. Evaluation of new Microsoft services , functions and tools within the framework of Microsoft Power Platform
2. Detect how and in what extend the new Power Platform services and tools can be integrated in the Deutsche Telekom environment
3. Implement architecture concepts on the PowerPlatform
4. Create documentation (Flow-charts, documentation)
5. Tuning of the new service with Security/ Data protection and works council including the creation of security documents (SDSK)
6. Tuning with other Service Owners (e.g. embedding new services/functions) in our monitoring solutions.
7. Architectureal guidance of business site for their demands
8. Documentation of the business application in the internal systems
9. Key contact for the Power Platform topics
10. Error search in the PowerPlatform infrastructure and in the PowerAutomate Flow’s, Power Apps and Dataverse together with the customer contacts.
11. Create, read and eveluate of monitoring information of the PowerPlatform
12. Monitoring of the PowerPlatformen with the help of Center of Excellent Starter Kit
13. Create and implement concepts for automatization of operations tasks
14. Administrative tasks on the PowerPlatform, like building environment, assign licences etc.
15. Communication with the Support of Microsoft
