Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Oversee warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and other operational procedures.
- Assist Warehouse Manager in operational planning, process improvements, and reporting.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure proper use of WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Support client communications regarding shipments and operational issues as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Experience in supervising or leading small teams is an advantage.
- English: intermediate (B1–B2) or higher.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and WMS; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Independence, reliability, and responsibility.

Nice-to-have
- Experience in freight handling, cargo operations, or warehouse logistics.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to assist in project strategy development and client relations.
