- Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler’s cloud backend.
- Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance.
- Consistently automate with common automation frameworks.
- Setup and support various cloud platforms in order to reach production requirements.
- Work in highly dynamic environment reflecting latest cloud technology trends.
- Support development of cloud native apps or migration traditional application landscapes to cloud native form.
- Implement new technologies/services or upgrades to existing technologies to support production operation.
- Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations.
- Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner
- Assess actual performance of IT infrastructure against its predicted performance. Any deviations between the two should be understood
- and proactively remediated, with vendors if necessary.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT service.
- Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
