1. Forecast & Cost Controlling overall together with Squad and ensure the correctness within the central FS of HEALTH Account
2. Drive internal request from different stakeholders
3. Escation support in front of several customer
4. Be part of SALES activities to ensure that solution / costing and to take approval from the PBU and as well the communication to them
5. Support the Tribe Lead
6. Be flexibel as CDM to work in differen customer areas
7. Manage service delivery using ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, change management)
8. Plan and control service provision in time, quality, and costs.
9. Oversee multiple service chains and associated costs.
10. Ensure end-to-end delivery and service quality for customers.
11. Collaborate with portfolio owners for optimized service delivery.
12. Possess deep technical knowledge of cloud computing and/or TSI processes.
13. Ensure accuracy in financials and invoicing.
14. Approve solutions and manage customer-impacting projects.
15. Implement efficiency improvement measures and handle escalations.
16. Monitor quality at the delivery unit level.
17. Communicate regularly with delivery teams, suppliers, and customers.
18. Manage and coordinate international interdisciplinary project teams.
19. Engage with top management and develop global cooperation strategies.
20. Escalation management / take MoD actions in the year
