Responsibilities
1. Review and process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
2. Manage invoice issuing task, including AR and invoice tracking, customer reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
3. Support basic tax-related matters; possess working knowledge of VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant tax regulations.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Communicate with internal departments and external clients to gather and verify financial information.
6. Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2.3-5 years of experience in a finance role, with hands-on experience in both expense management and accounts receivable.
3.Basic understanding of tax policies and compliance requirements.
4.Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle.
5.Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to communicate in English for work purposes.
6.Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and a responsible attitude.
7.Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
