Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
– Handling and storage in accordance with warehouse and safety regulations and following FIFO methods.
– Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
– WMS (Warehouse Management System) daily processing and updating.
– Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
– Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize processes.
– Support the warehouse manager in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
– Generate reports and analyze data to improve operational efficiency.
– Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Requirements
– Proven experience in a warehouse or administrative role.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes and experiance in Warehouse management (advantage but not necessary).
– English – Upper intermediate (B2).
Other:
– Independence, reliability, resposibility.
– Working in one shift.
– Workin at the weekends (time to time it’s necessity).
Nice-to-have
– Forklift/Truck license is preferred.
